What Is the Process for Finding Work Through JMI Resource?
All applicants must complete an application. One of JMI's recruiters/account managers will contact you to discuss your experience and potential open job opportunities.
All applicants must provide documentation proving that you are eligible to work in the United States and may be asked to submit to a drug test and background check (based on the hiring company's requests).
How Long Does An Assignment Last?
Assignments range in length from 1 day to six months or longer. Other job opportunities can also be contract to hire or direct hire.
Does JMI Offer Benefits?
JMI offers benefits to our contract employees including medical, dental, vision, 401k, term life and short-term disability.
How Often Will I Be Paid?
Payday is Friday of the week that you submitted your completed timecard. Timecards must be turned in by 9:00am Monday mornings in order to be paid that week.
How Often Should I Contact JMI Once the Interview Process is Completed?
You will be personally contacted once a position is uncovered that matches your skills and experience. However, feel free to check in weekly by phone or email.
