A boutique Tampa, FL law firm is seeking an experienced Products Liability Paralegal to join its Litigation team. This role supports assigned attorneys across a range of substantive and administrative tasks, delivering high-quality work product while providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate brings strong defense-side products liability experience, is comfortable managing a fast-paced litigation caseload, and takes pride in accuracy, professionalism, and client responsiveness.

Job Description

The Paralegal will perform a wide variety of tasks including providing a high level of customer service and support while consistently producing excellent work product. The Paralegal will maintain general knowledge of the firm's Litigation practice groups, along with specialized knowledge of assigned attorneys' practice areas and clients, in order to ensure extraordinary client satisfaction.

Fully remote and hybrid candidates will be considered.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of substantive experience in defense products liability
• Experience with scheduling (depositions, hearings, meetings, deadlines)
• Previous trial experience
• Knowledge of Federal and State court rules
• Experience tracking and recording billable hours
• Experience with legal software desired (e.g., Xera, Relativity)
• Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
